Hypnotized

As you can see by the look on Eli's face, besides  being in the arms of those who love him this is his favorite place to be. The swing is hypnotic and puts him right to sleep!

Starting from Scratch

Last year I didn't plant anything from seed. My dad gave me some good starts of zucchini, tomatoe and basil. But thus time we'll see if I inherited any of my dad's green thumb and see if I can make these little seeds grow! Since I'm at home a lot more (with the wee one) I think I'll be able to devote some quality time to the veggie garden.

Fuzzy Clean Hair

I don't really enjoy bathing Eli, but the end result is always wonderful. He screams so hard that it wears him out to the point of exhaustion. His eyes get all red and his fists clench up in a ball, causing them to turn blue, but then he snuggles down in blankets with a fuzzy head of clean smelling hair, ahhh! Sorry about the sideways pictures.

 I'm glad I'm not in this alone. Brian is adjusting beautifully to fatherhood!  Learning how to hold Eli just the way he likes while singing songs tailored just for him!
