Cousins!
This was Eli's first cousin encounter and he happens to have one just his age, Avery! I hope my kids don't live too far from their cousins. I remember some good times with mine, namely the Chessman's: building sandcastles on the west coast, filling our pockets full of coins from a water fountain at the mall and spending it on candy as well as, riding a midnight bus in Mexico with a bed-snatching thief! Plus, cousin time for my kids mean sibling time for me!

Utah Summer Games
Eli and I joined Brian for a trip down to Cedar City to see him play Ultimate Frisbee in the Utah Summer Games this weekend. We left at 5 o'clock in the morning on Friday and got there just in time to check in and play his first game at 9 am. Brian's team took the silver medal after playing 3 games on Friday and 3 on Saturday! We all got some sun, including a first for Eli, (poor guy).
