My
swiss chard was mighty big after not seeing it for a week so we made a meal of it. Sauteed it in olive oil and garlic and then put a little soy ginger
vinaigrette on it! I love how rewarding a garden can be and I'm always curious to see how other people's gardens are doing and what they are growing. When I go on my morning jogs I am always on alert for gardens. There are some big ones around here that make me jealous and wonder who will eat all that food

I've always wondered what you're supposed to do with swiss chard, so glad to have a basic recipe now. :)
I've got a garden going again this year. I haven't harvested a whole lot yet, trying to be patient for a nice big yield pretty soon!
