Gardens

My swiss chard was mighty big after not seeing it for a week so we made a meal of it. Sauteed it in olive oil and garlic and then put a little soy ginger vinaigrette on it! I love how rewarding a garden can be and I'm always curious to see how other people's gardens are doing and what they are growing. When I go on my morning jogs I am always on alert for gardens. There are some big ones around here that make me jealous and wonder who will eat all that food

It's been a while since I've visited your blog... can't believe how big Eli is! What a handsome little guy!

I've always wondered what you're supposed to do with swiss chard, so glad to have a basic recipe now. :)

I've got a garden going again this year. I haven't harvested a whole lot yet, trying to be patient for a nice big yield pretty soon!
