My swiss chard was mighty big after not seeing it for a week so we made a meal of it. Sauteed it in olive oil and garlic and then put a little soy ginger vinaigrette on it! I love how rewarding a garden can be and I'm always curious to see how other people's gardens are doing and what they are growing. When I go on my morning jogs I am always on alert for gardens. There are some big ones around here that make me jealous and wonder who will eat all that food.
