Eli loves to pick the feathery dandelions out of people's lawns on our walks around the block. He loved this "giant dandelion"!

ME & MY SIS!

Most women get a little chubby after giving birth a few times, not my sis! She was cute and chubby as a little girl, but as a mother of five she's trim and slim! I'll always remember the semester Katy and I took English together. We would take turns going to class and would fill each other in on what the other missed so we both didn't have to go! We made a good team. But the fact is Katy makes a good team with anyone she's paired with! Katy is easy to get along with and fun to be with. In that English class we did a report on alternative birthing practices and it's been fascinating to watch her put to use those things into practice that we researched! I LOVE YOU KATY!

Taking the tape off...

is my FAVORITE part. It feels good to be working on a project again. This started with a picture I took of Brian in his white Sunday dress shirt. Originally in my mind I planned to paint the shirt realistically, but I am really liking the graphic quality and stage it's at right now. What do you think?

FAMIILY REUNION WEEKEND!

BRIAN'S COMPLETE FAMILY! WE PLAYED AT A WATERPARK, ENJOYED TALENT SHOWS, ATE PIZZA, HAD A BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT, ATTENDED A SESSION AT THE TEMPLE, PLAYED GAMES OF HORSESHOE, SAT AROUND CHATTING, LISTENED TO LARSEN FAMILY HERITAGE STORIES (BRIAN'S MOTHER'S PARENTS) AND TOMORROW WE FINISH IT OFF WITH A GAME OF BOWLING! (THE ABOVE PICTURE IS ONLY A FRACTION OF THE TOTAL PEOPLE IN ATTENDANCE. BRIAN'S GRANDPARENTS HAVE A TOTAL OF 130 GREAT GRANDCHILDREN!)

FOURTH O' JULY!

Aunt Louis (pictured in green) was our lovely hostesses this fourth o' July!

We missed having the fourth up on the hill in Provo this year but are grateful for the generosity of the Morgan family for including us Knudsen's this year! We ate white chocolate popcorn, perfectly cooked steaks, coleslaw with ginger, homemade french onion dip with veggies, mango salsa, and fruit galore. Midway had a pretty good firework show and it was fun getting together with aunts uncles and cousins! We missed you m&d!
